Benjamin Moore Scuff-X is a high-performance latex paint engineered for busy commercial spaces and high-traffic rooms. This breakthrough product is both washable and scuff-resistant, creating an exceptionally durable finish. Scuff-X is ideal for spaces with high foot traffic and susceptibility to scuffing and denting — such as mudrooms, garages, hallways, and stairwells. ADVANCE Interior Paint

Benjamin Moore ADVANCE is a water-based alkyd paint that cures to a hard, furniture-quality finish. It’s our top recommendation for cabinets and other woodwork due to the outstanding quality and durability of the finish. However, it’s worth noting that this product is not ideal for projects on a time crunch. ADVANCE requires 16 hours of dry time before recoating. The slow dry time is what allows the paint to level — resulting in a remarkably smooth finish that hides lap marks.
While ADVANCE is primarily an interior paint, the high-gloss sheen is also formulated for use on exterior doors. If your project can afford a longer dry time, ADVANCE makes the perfect door paint — combining an elegant shine with a very durable, water-resistant finish that stands up to the weather and to regular scrubbing. Kitchen & Bath is an excellent option for a premium, washable paint that will add a little shine to bathroom or kitchen walls — and at a lower price point than the ultra-premium AURA line. Just remember that a satin finish will highlight surface texture and/or imperfections more easily than a flat or matte finish.
