General Paints has been Ireland’s leading paint brand for over sixty years and created Curator, the Irish Design Collection as a tribute to the colors and textures inspired by their home country of Ireland.

The Irish Design Collection was crafted through a collaboration with 29 artisans and designers found in Ireland, carefully working to curate a palette of 144 colors that capture the spirit and life of the Irish culture. Curator Paint offers homeowners and designers the opportunity to create a story in their designs through color inspired by art.

Curator Paint comes in five unique finishes, each with different qualities to express different characteristics of the colors. The five finishes include Enhanced Matt which offers a luxuriously soft feel, washable finish for interiors walls; Subtle Sheen, an elegant interior wall finish with a beautiful sheen; three sheen finishes are available for wood and metal, Gloss, Satin and Eggshell.

Ring’s End Design Centers have an expansive selection of designer paint, fabric and wallpaper brands, and a full-time Color and Design Consultant available for in-store and in-home consultations. Curator Paint is stocked in our Darien and Fairfield locations, and available by special order in all Ring’s End locations.
