Ring’s End Online Shipping Policy

At Ring’s End, we are dedicated to delivering your purchase as quickly and affordably as possible. During the checkout process select “Ship to Home” and add your delivery address.

  • As a ringsend.com customer, you are eligible for free shipping on standard items when you spend $150 or more.
  • Orders below $150 will incur a flat shipping rate of $7.50. Tracking information will be provided via email.
  • Oversized items are eligible for local in-network* delivery only, and free shipping when you spend $500 or more. Oversized items will be clearly marked in the checkout page, "Oversized Item / Shipping Limited".
  • Oversized orders below $500 will incur a flat shipping rate of $20. Orders with oversized items are not eligible for out-of-network* delivery.
  • Once your order has been placed, Ring’s End may contact you to schedule an oversized item delivery. Delivery timeframes may change due to changes in inventory or delivery capacity.

*The delivery zip code will determine your in-network eligibility. Ring’s End can typically fulfill orders within Connecticut, southern Rhode Island, and southern New York.

Parcel Shipping

  1. To qualify for Free Parcel Shipping, your order must total $150 or more before any taxes, fees or shipping charges are added.
  2. Free parcel shipping will not apply if eligible items are canceled, resulting in an order total of less than $150. Standard Delivery Fee of $7.50 will apply.
  3. Parcel Shipping orders are shipped directly to your location. All orders will be processed within 24 hours. If any Item(s) are back ordered you will be notified and the processing time will be adjusted.
  4. Standard shipping is currently not available for items shipped to California, Alaska, and Hawaii. We cannot ship to APO/FPO, P.O. Boxes, or U.S. Territories.

Oversized Item / In-Network Delivery

  1. Additional shipping fees may include but are not limited to, ferries, tolls, and trip permits.
  2. A Ring’s End Shipping Manager will contact you to schedule delivery time and plan for any special delivery instructions.
  3. Items will be delivered to an area outside the residence or job site which is accessible by delivery equipment. Unless otherwise communicated.
  4. If you are unable to receive your items in person, you can choose to have the delivery left unattended. Please communicate this to Shipping Manager.
  5. All deliveries are subject to the discretion of the driver.

FAQ

Are all Products available for Shipping?

No, “Oversized Items” are only available for In-Network delivery. Oversized items will be clearly marked in the checkout page, "Oversized Item / Shipping Limited ". Shipping is currently not available for standard items shipped to California, Alaska, and Hawaii. We cannot ship to APO/FPO, P.O. Boxes, or U.S. Territories.

When will my order arrive?

The order may arrive the same day but may take up to a week. All shipping/tracking information will be provided via email. You can also track your item by clicking on the tracking number in the Shipping Confirmation e-mail that is sent once your item ships. You can also check the status of your order by signing in to MY ACCOUNT and viewing “My Orders”.

Can I change or cancel my order?

This process varies according to your order type and which stage the order is in. If you need to change or cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. What if my merchandise arrives damaged?

If you are present at the time of delivery, refuse the broken or damaged items with the carrier or driver and, when applicable, note the damage on the delivery receipt.

How will my order be delivered?

Standard product orders may be delivered by a third-party shipping provider: UPS or the USPS. These carriers offer order tracking service, which allows you to monitor your package as it makes its way to its final address. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email shipping confirmation containing a tracking or delivery confirmation number. You will also receive a delivery email when the product has been delivered. Oversized Item(s) will be delivered via Ring’s End vehicles.
