We are committed to getting your purchase to you as quickly and affordably as possible. Ring’s End offers a variety of delivery and shipping options for you!

  • As a ringsend.com customer, you are eligible for free shipping on standard items when you spend $150 or more.
  • Orders below $150 will incur a flat shipping rate of $7.50. Tracking information will be provided via email.
  • Oversized items are eligible for local in-network* delivery only, and free shipping when you spend $500 or more. Oversized items will be clearly marked in the checkout page, "Oversized Item / Shipping Limited".
  • Oversized orders below $500 will incur a flat shipping rate of $20. Orders with oversized items are not eligible for out-of-network* delivery.
  • Once your order has been placed, Ring’s End may contact you to schedule an oversized item delivery. Delivery timeframes may change due to changes in inventory or delivery capacity.

About Standard Shipping

  • To qualify for free shipping, standard orders must total $150 before taxes and fees.
  • A flat shipping rate of $7.50 will be added to standard orders shipping under $150 before taxes and fees.  A series of confirmation emails will provide you with tracking information. View our Standard Order Shipping Map, below.
  • All orders will be processed within 24-48 hours.  If any item(s) are unavailable or backordered, you will be notified and provided a delivery date.
  • Standard shipping is currently not available for items shipped to California, Alaska, and Hawaii. We cannot ship to APO/FPO, P.O. Boxes, or U.S. Territories.

About Oversized Local Delivery

  • During the checkout process, you will be notified if any of your items are oversize.  Oversized orders are eligible for local in-network delivery only.  You will receive free delivery on orders over $500.  Orders under $500 will incur a delivery fee of $20.
  • Once your order is placed, a Ring’s End shipping manager will call you to schedule your delivery.  Local orders will typically be delivered in 5-10 business days.  At this time, you can specify any delivery instructions.  If you are unable to be present at your delivery time, please communicate this to our shipping manager.  Your order will be delivered to an area outside the residence or jobsite, accessible by our delivery equipment.  Please note: all deliveries are subject to the discretion of Ring’s End driver. A Ring’s End Shipping Manager will contact you to schedule delivery time and plan for any special delivery instructions.
  • Oversize orders are NOT eligible for out of network delivery. See our In-Network Service Map below.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are all Products available for Shipping?

Ring’s End can ship all standard items. However, “oversized items” are only available for In-Network delivery.  These items will be clearly marked during the checkout process.  In addition, shipping is currently not available for standard items delivering to California, Alaska, and Hawaii.  We cannot ship to APO/FPO, P.O. Boxes, or U.S. Territories.

When will my order arrive?

Delivery times vary by order and distance.  All shipping and tracking information will be communicated via email.  You will also have the ability to track your order by signing into your Ring’s End account and viewing “My Orders”.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately.  The ability to change or cancel your order depends on many variables, such as what type of product it is and how far along in the fulfillment process it is. What if my merchandise arrives damaged?

If you are present at the time of delivery, refuse the broken or damaged items with the carrier or driver and, when applicable, note the damage on the delivery receipt.

How will my order be delivered?

Standard orders may be delivered by FedEx or USPS. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email shipping confirmation containing a tracking or delivery confirmation number.  Otherwise, Ring’s End vehicles will deliver your orders.  This detail will be provided in your confirmation email series.
