We are committed to getting your purchase to you quickly and affordably. Ring's End offers a variety of delivery and shipping options for you!

  • As a ringsend.com customer, you are eligible for free shipping on standard items when you spend $150 or more.
  • Orders below $150 will incur a flat shipping rate of $9.99. Tracking information will be provided via email.
  • Oversized items are eligible for local in-network* delivery only, and free delivery when you spend $500 or more. Oversized items are products that are too large or fragile to ship via a common carrier (UPS, USPS, FedEx). We only deliver them locally with Ring's End's fleet of vehicles. 
  • Oversized orders below $500 will incur a flat delivery fee of $25. Online orders with oversized items are not eligible for out-of-network* delivery.
  • Once your order has been placed, Ring's End may contact you to schedule an oversized item delivery. Delivery time frames may change due to changes in inventory or delivery capacity.

Shipping Methods

About Standard Shipping

  • To qualify for FREE shipping, standard orders must total $150 before taxes and fees.

  • A flat shipping rate of $9.99 will be added to standard orders shipping under $150 before taxes and fees.  A series of confirmation emails will provide you with tracking information. View our Standard Order Shipping Map, below.

  • Standard orders may be mailed via UPS, USPS or LTL. In-stock orders generally ship within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, transit time will vary based on the shipping carrier and shipping location.

  • All orders will be processed within 1-2 business days.  If any item(s) are unavailable or back ordered, you will be notified of any delays.

  • Expedited shipping is available for all standard orders at an additional cost. To request an expedited shipping quote, please contact us at [email protected] or call us at 203-814-3060.

  • Standard shipping is currently not available for items shipped to South Carolina, Alaska and Hawaii. We cannot ship to APO/FPO, P.O. Boxes, or U.S. Territories.

  • Some standard products may not be available for shipping to California due to VOC laws or other restrictions.

 

About Oversized Local Delivery

  • During the checkout process, you will be notified if any of your items are oversized.  Oversized orders are only eligible for local in-network delivery.  You will receive FREE delivery on oversized orders over $500.  Orders under $500 will incur a delivery fee of $25.

  • Local orders will typically be delivered in 3-5 business days. 

  • The Ring's End delivery fleet can deliver your order even if you are unable to be present at your delivery time. If you have special delivery instructions please add them in the "Comments" box in checkout.

  • Your order will be delivered to an area outside the residence or jobsite, accessible by our delivery equipment.  Please note: all deliveries are subject to the discretion of Ring's End driver. A Ring's End Shipping Manager will contact you to schedule delivery time and plan for any special delivery instructions.

  • Online orders with oversized products are not eligible for out of network delivery online. We can provide LTL shipping quotes for in-and-out of network orders, see our In-Network Service Map Below.

    • Oversized product shipping quotes are based on weight, size, delivery location and additional shipping options. To request a shipping quote, please email [email protected] or call us at 203-814-3060. Please note, all third party LTL freight deliveries will require payment to be made via Cash, Bank Check or ACH/Wire transfer.

    • The LTL freight company is responsible for the time in transit. Ring's End is not responsible for any guarantees made by third party shipping companies.

 

 

Frequently Asked Questions

ARE ALL PRODUCTS AVAILABLE FOR SHIPPING?

Ring's End can ship all standard items. However, “oversized items” are only available for In-Network delivery.  Oversized items are products that are too large or fragile to ship via a common carrier (UPS, USPS, FedEx). We only deliver them locally with Ring's End's fleet of vehicles.  In addition, shipping is currently not available for standard items delivering to Alaska and Hawaii.  We cannot ship to APO/FPO, P.O. Boxes, or U.S. Territories.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

Delivery times vary by order and distance.  All shipping and tracking information will be communicated via email.  You will also have the ability to track your order by signing into your Ring's End online account and viewing “My Orders”.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately.  The ability to change or cancel your order depends on many variables, such as what type of product it is and how far along in the fulfillment process it is. WHAT IF MY MERCHANDISE ARRIVES DAMAGED?

If you are present at the time of delivery, refuse the broken or damaged items with the carrier or driver and, when applicable, note the damage on the delivery receipt.

HOW WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?

Standard orders may be delivered by UPS, USPS or LTL. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email shipping confirmation containing a tracking or delivery confirmation number.  Otherwise, Ring's End's delivery fleet will deliver your orders.
