Am I required to maintain a credit card on file to open a Cash Account?
No, Cash Accounts do not require a credit card saved on file. Account holders may optionally complete the Credit Card Authorization Agreement to authorize a credit card for a single purchase or blanket purchases.
I qualify for a sales tax exemption. May I make tax-exempt purchases with my Cash Account?
If you qualify for a sales tax exemption, you must submit or complete the required documentation with your local Credit Manager. Once your tax-exempt status is verified, your Cash Account will be configured for sales tax-exempt purchases through the validity period defined by government statutes. If your sales tax exemption is subject to expiration, a new sales tax exemption certificate will be required to validate your current eligibility to continue purchasing exempt from sales tax with your Cash Account.
May I receive my Sales Invoices digitally?
Yes, Cash Account principals may elect to receive Sales Invoices and Credits digitally via e-mail and may specify the frequency of these e-mails (daily or monthly). Transactions may also be viewed online at RingsEnd.com in your Customer Portal.
May I use my Cash Account at all locations?
Yes, you may purchase with your Cash Account at any Ring’s End or Johnson Paint store or online at RingsEnd.com.
Charge Accounts
Is my Ring’s End Charge Account a revolving charge account?
No, Ring’s End Charge Accounts are not revolving charge accounts. Account Statements are sent on the first business day of each new month. Purchases made in the previous month must be paid in full by the last day of the current month.
How may I pay my Charge Account balance?
Account balances may be paid in cash, check, or electronically by ACH direct debit. Credit cards are not allowed.
