At Ring’s End, we stand behind every product we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange it within 30 days, with payment receipt and according to the following guidelines:
- Stock items purchased in store are eligible for return or exchange. In some cases, a 15% restocking fee may apply. Tinted paint products are not eligible for return or exchange.
- In-network returns of oversized stock items will incur a pick-up fee and the refund will be reduced accordingly.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping of out-of-network online orders. Return shipping may be done independently or by requesting a return label from Ring’s End. If a return label is requested, the refund will be reduced accordingly. Credit will be issued when items are received in resale condition.
- Special Order products including, but not limited to tinted paint products are not eligible for return or exchange.
