We believe in promoting from within.  Our highest-level managers have come from driving, the yard, purchasing, and sales.  Advancement doesn’t happen overnight, but opportunities are regularly available to those who apply themselves, learn, and grow.  Educational opportunities are available through our education reimbursement program, commercial truck driver school partnerships, and vendor plant tours and training.

Being closed Sundays gives employees the opportunity to spend time with family & friends.  A generous PTO policy gives 17 days off after 1 year, and six paid holidays after 30 days. In addition, an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provides peace of mind for employees and family wellbeing. 

We are a business casual organization for our sales and back-office personnel.  Paint sales, yard personnel, and drivers are provided with uniforms at no cost.  The uniform for yard & driver personnel consists of shirts, sweatshirts, jackets, shorts, pants, hats, and safety boots for foot protection.
