Expertise for construction and design professionals
Ring’s End provides professional seminars covering essential topics like OSHA construction regulations, building science, weatherization systems, state building code compliance, and best practices for window installation and roofing. We partner with the HBRA of Connecticut on a variety of educational initiatives and regularly host Lead RRP (Renovation, Repair, and Painting) courses. Our well-regarded EPA lead-safe certification program grants participants an official federal lead-certified builder certificate upon completion, a requirement for working on structures built before 1978.
Ring’s End provides a diverse range of accredited courses designed to fulfill AIA membership requirements and state license renewals. We collaborate with industry experts in building science, technology, and sustainability, along with numerous product manufacturers, to deliver engaging and informative lectures. Additionally, we work closely with AIA Connecticut and AIA Westchester Hudson Valley to promote courses and networking opportunities.
In addition to our EPA lead-safe certification program, Ring’s End offers professional painters a wide range of support, including how-to guidance, project advice, troubleshooting, and sustainability practices. Our hands-on product demonstrations and drawdowns are complemented by interactive sessions focused on techniques for applying specialty products such as Venetian plaster, limewash, and epoxy floor coatings. Additionally, we provide training on the use of specific tools and equipment for proper preparation and application, like sanders and sprayers.
Paint technology, environmental regulations, color trends and more. Ring’s End hosts a variety of accredited courses for the design community to streamline and simplify paint specification and educate designers on the many coatings and finishes available to create both beautiful and healthy living environments. We work closely with ASID to support emerging professionals and promote the value of interior design.
