A professional‐quality interior waterborne satin/pearl finish based on a proprietary cross‐linking acrylic resin that tints on the Gennex® zero VOC colorant system. This waterborne Interior satin/pearl has excellent stain release properties therefore washes clean easily. This product is also eligible for LEED® v4 credit and passes the most stringent environmental standards in any color.  

Interior door, trim, cabinet, wall and ceiling surfaces in commercial and institutional environments where an satin/pearl finish is desired. For new or previously painted interior wallboard, masonry, and primed or previously painted plaster, wood or metal.

Application: Surfaces to be painted must be clean, dry, and free of dirt, dust, grease, oil, soap, wax, scaling paint, water soluble materials, and mildew. Remove any peeling or scaling paint and sand these areas to feather edges smooth with adjacent surfaces. Glossy areas should be dulled. Drywall surfaces must be free of sanding dust.  

Stir thoroughly before and during use. Apply one or two coats. For best results, use a custom-blended nylon/poly brush, roller or similar product. Apply paint generously from unpainted area into wet area. This product can also be sprayed.   

Clean Up: Clean with warm soapy water. 

Coverage: 350 – 400 Sq. Ft

Dry Time: To Touch: 2 hour To Recoat: 2 – 4 hours
