Sansin Multi-Wash, Gallon
Sansin Multi-Wash is a concentrated biodegradable cleaner used to clean painted and stained surfaces such as decks, fences, logs and siding. Dilute Multi-Wash to the prescribed strength for use on vinyl, fiberglass, concrete and masonry surfaces. Sansin Multi-Wash removes dirt, mold, mildew, water damage and iron stains.
Recommended for use on new and old wood surfaces such as decks, fences, siding, logs, board and batten and timbers. It can also be used on vinyl, fiberglass, concrete and masonry surfaces.

Surface Preparation: Substrate must be dry. Temperature above 10°C (50°F). Spray vegetation with water or cover with protection before and during application. Protect bordering areas with drop sheets and/or tape off with poly. Do not allow this product to contact metal, fabric, floor coverings or outdoor furniture. Keep children and pets away from work area while using Multi-Wash.
Application: Dilute with water up to 12:1 (12 parts water: 1 part Multi-Wash). 2:1 dilution for tough stains and heavy soiling. 5:1 dilution when preparing wood stains, painted surfaces or fiberglass. 12:1 dilution for vinyl, siding materials, masonry and stucco surfaces. Apply a liberal and uniform application using brush, roller or spray. On vertical surfaces start at the bottom and work your way up. Do not allow to dry as this will require reapplication. Do not apply in direct sunlight. Allow the product to dissolve coating for at least 15 minutes. Thoroughly rinse the surface using a garden hose or low pressure power washer (max pressure - 500 psi). Direct the power washer wand with the grain of the wood. Do not stop the wand on the wood as this may mark the wood surface. Allow the wood to dry completely.
Dry Time: Do not allow to dry on the surface.
