TOWER TECH² ™ is a 1 component, high performance, gungrade, Urethane Modified Acrylic Sealant. Premium technology
reduces dirt pickup, eliminates yellowing and shiners. Internally
plasticized resin requires no mixing or priming to bond to most
materials, including concrete, wood and masonry. TOWER TECH² ™
has superior adhesion, durability, 50% total joint movement and
800% elongation. It forms an airtight, water resistant seal offering
exceptional protection from environmental conditions. Once cured,
the bead is mildew resistant. Tower Tech² ™ is safe for UV exposure
and will not discolor.

1. Cut nozzle at a 45º angle. Cured bead should be between 1/8” and 2” wide. Use a foam backer rod for joints that exceed 1/2” in depth.
2. Smooth bead with a moistened cloth.
3. Clean up uncured material and tools with soap and water.
4. Allow 4 to 6 hours before painting. Coverage: 55 linear feet for a 3/16” bead.
