Sirca 2K Interior Polyurethane Solvent-Borne Sealer, Clear, 5 KG
Sirca 2K this Polyurethane Sealer allows for great build and can provide full grain fill if multiple coats are applied and sanded. This sealer is very easy to sand and powders with ease. The 6CTH3 catalyst allows this coating to be flexible. This Urethane Sealer also offers exceptional clarity. Recommended for interior furniture and kitchen cabinetry.

Application Method: Traditional Spray Gun, Airless, Airmix, recommended 1-2 coats, 2 coats maximum with intermediate sanding.
Mixing Ratio: 100 parts by weight. 6CTH3: 50 parts by weight, DPU820/SOL-9054: 20-30 parts by weight or 100 parts by volume 6CTH3: 50 parts by volume, DPU820/SOL-9054: 20-30 parts by volume
Pot Life: 2 hours (reduced at 20% with DPU820 at 68° F)
Coverage: 425 Sq. Ft. per gallon, or 10.4 m2 /l (1mil dried).
Application Amounts: 100-140g/mq 3 - 5 (wet mils). Number of coats: maximum 5 up to 60-90 minutes between coats
Dry Time: 20-25 minutes dust free, mark-proof: 60-90 minutes, dry to sand & recoat: 60-90 minutes, stackable: 24 hours
Clean Up: Acetone is recommended, reclaimed acetone is fine. Clean equipment immediately after using. If the polyurethane is left sitting in the gun beyond its pot-life it will harden and be extremely hard to remove.
