Sirca 1K Exterior Thixotropic Water-Borne Topcoat, Clear, 5 Sheen, 5 KG
Sirca's 6OWE510G5S04, is a clear thixotropic water-borne topcoat for exterior projects offers supreme weather resistance. This coating film has excellent transparency, elasticity and great build. It is possible to apply this coating up to 9 wet mils without sagging on vertical surfaces. Because of the viscosity of this product airless, high pressure pumps or pressurized cup guns are required to apply this product.
This coating contains UV filters and absorbers. It is recommended to use 6PTW100 tints in this top coat or to be used with a colored impregnator to give your project the best exterior protection. During the first few months of application this coating can become milky due to extreme humidity or heavy exposure to water. This milky appearance is consider normal and is reversible when the humidity levels return to normal. The coating film will recover and return to its initial transparency. This product is not designed to be applied on walkable surfaces.

Application Method: Traditional Spray Gun, Airless, Airmix, recommended 1 coat.
Mixing Ratio: 100 parts by weight of 6OWE510G5S04 with, water: 0-5 parts by weight according to application device used, and 6PTW100 series .02-1% parts by weight according to color needed, or 100 parts by volume of 6OWE510G5S04, with water: 0-5 parts by volume, 6PTW100 series .002-1% by volume according to color needed.
Coverage: 260 Sq. Ft. per gallon or 6.3 sqm/l (1 mil dried). Application Amounts: 7-9 (wet mils) Number of coats: 1 coat
Dry Time: 30 minutes flash off, To Touch: 3 hours, Completely Dry: 12 hours
Clean Up: Clean up equipment immediately after use with warm soapy water.
