Milesi KGA40x/KKR51x Series is an advanced two-component, non-yellowing acrylic-urethane pigmented topcoat with extended pot life and simple 2:1 mix ratio. This KGA40x/KKR514 series offers unmatched versatility and performance. Whether you're working with hardwoods, softwoods, exotic woods, or even MDF, the KGA40x/KKR514 delivers a flawless finish. This industrial strength Urethane has better flexibility allowing application to achieve higher dry film thicknesses without the risk of cracking. Milesi KGA40x/KKR514 series is available in various sheens 10, 20, 30, and 50. Can be tinted toward specific colors or used as white base.
Recommended for restaurant use, coutnertops, bar tops as well as general purpose woodwork, furniture and cabinetry.

Application Method: Airmix Spray or Hand Spray with 4-5 mils thick. Measure thickness with a mil guage. Check Technical Data sheet for recommended tip sizes, atomization pressure, and product pressure.
Pot Life: Hardener LNB6AA5, added 10% weight, 12% by volume, pot life of mixed material is 24 hours. LNB6AA5 hardener must be mechanically mixed into the resin.
Dry Time: Dust free 15 mins, To touch 40 mins, Hard dry 12 hours, Maximum time between layers without sanding 3 hours. Room temperature drying ( 18-22°C / 64 – 72°F with 65-70% relative humidity) complete drying 12 hours.
Clean-Up: Clean up equipment immediately after use with acetone. Dispose of all cleaning materials and solvents in proper manner. Fluid lines can be flushed with a 1:1 mixture of water and isopropyl alcohol. When switching from water to solvent, flush with denatured alcohol or acetone after cleaning with water. This will attract any water left in the system. Then flush with the appropriate solvent to temper the gun.
