Builder Board™ Project Edition is a temporary floor protection board strong enough for the toughest of projects. Surface protection board comes in a lighter roll than the original Builder Board, but still offers the same trusted protection against water, paint, mud, and more.
This protective floor board is 2.5X thicker than builders paper and is reusable making it the ideal choice of temporary floor protection for residential or smaller commercial work. It rolls out easily, lays flat and allows vapors to escape while defending against spills. To protect floors and other surfaces, roll Builder Board out and cut to fit the area being covered. Overlap the next layer approximately 2 inches and tape using Builder Board seam tape.
