2 x 6 White Fir T&G Decking is a select structural grade decking material, with an eased edge joint on one surface. It is most frequently used for roof decking and loft flooring where the underside (eased edge) of the boards will be exposed to the room below. As a roof deck over an exposed porch, 2 x 6 T&G Fir Decking allows for alternative rafter spacing, and an appealing design aesthetic. Not intended for use on exposed (exterior, not covered) deck surfaces.
