Sirca 2K Interior Polyurethane Solvent-Borne Topcoat, Clear, 30 Sheen, 5 KG
Sirca's 2K Clear Polyurethane Interior Topcoat, 6OPU77S15GX0, PU Topcoat is smooth to the touch and has good scratch resistance. It is designed to be applied over a polyester or polyurethane sealer. Once cured this coating has good chemical resistance and mechanical properties. Although PU coatings are known to have an amber cast, this catalyst offers the best non-yellowing resistance overtime.

Application Method: Traditional Spray Gun, Airless, Airmix, recommended 1-2 coats.
Mixing Ratio: 100 parts by weight of 6OPU77S15Gx0 with, 6CTH3: 50 parts by weight, DPU820: 30-40 parts by weight or 100 parts by volume of 6OPU77S15Gx0, with 6CTH3: 50 -55 parts by volume, DPU820: 35-45 parts by volume
Pot Life: 2 hours (reduced at 20% with DPU820 at 68° F)
Coverage: 392 Sq. Ft. per gallon, or 9.6 sqm/l (1mil dried).
Application Amounts: 90-150 g/mq 3 - 6 (wet mils). Number of coats: 1-2
Dry Time: 30-35 minutes dust free, mark-proof: 50-60 minutes, dry to scuff sand: 30-45 minutes, stackable: 12 hours
Clean Up: Acetone is recommended, reclaimed acetone is fine. Clean equipment immediately after using. If the polyurethane is left sitting in the gun beyond its pot-life it will harden and be extremely hard to remove.
