Sirca 2K Interior Acrylic Topcoat, Clear, 10 Sheen, 5 KG
Sirca's 2K Clear Acrylic Topcoat, has excellent yellowing resistance due to special UV additives. It also has good surface hardness and grain definition. This coating is recommended for use with open grain substrates and for natural, light colored projects. It is necessary to use 6CTN52 catalyst if chemical methods are used to bleach the substrate before finishing.

Application Method: Traditional Spray Gun, Airless, Airmix, recommended 1 coat.
Mixing Ratio: 100 parts by weight of 6OPU79Gx0 with, 6CTH52: 20 parts by weight, DPU820: 20 parts by weight or 100 parts by volume of 6OPU79Gx0, with 6CTH52: 20-25 parts by volume, DPU820: 20-25 parts by volume
Pot Life: 2 hours (reduced at 20% with DPU820 at 68° F)
Coverage: 270 Sq. Ft. per gallon, or 6.5 sqm/l (1 mil dried).
Application Amounts: 80-140 g/m2, 3 - 6 (wet mils). Number of coats: 1
Dry Time: 15-20 minutes dust free, mark-proof: 30-45 minutes, dry to scuff sand: 30-45 minutes, stackable: 6 hours
Clean Up: Clean up equipment immediately after use with warm soapy water. If left sitting in the gun beyond its pot-life it will harden and be extremely hard to remove.
