RRP Lead-Safe Certification REFRESHER Course

As of April 22, 2010, in accordance with Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) regulations, contractors disturbing paint on pre-1978 homes or child-occupied facilities must assign at least one Certified Renovator to the job and that person must take refresher training at least every 5 years to stay current. Companies must also be registered as a Lead Safe Certified Firm with the EPA. Individuals and firms that are not in compliance could face fines of up to $37,500 per day. This course…
