Can I place an order online and pick it up at the store?
Yes! You can now purchase in-stock items online and pick them up at the store for no extra charge.
Can I place an order for an in-store pick at any store?
All retail stores will offer this service. If you do not see an option of adding items to a shopping cart, that location does not yet offer in-store pick-up.
Are all Ring’s End products available for In-Store Pickup?
At this time only select Ring’s End products are available online. We continue to add more products to the website every day. Some products may only be available for pickup at selected location. They will be clearly marked in the checkout. "Lumberyard Pick up Only". How do I place a tax-exempt order?
At this time, it is not possible to place tax-exempt orders online. Please contact us to make arrangements for future orders.
How long should I expect it to take to fill an In-Store pickup order?
Our goal is to have orders filled within 1-3 hours of being placed; however, large orders and/or unforeseen circumstances may prevent us from filling the order within 3 hours. You will be notified by email once your order is ready to pick up. Items marked with "Free ship-to-store for pickup" will be transferred to the store of your choice for free. Transfer orders typically can be ready for pickup in 1-3 days. Orders placed after 4 p.m. will be available for pick up the next day. Remember Ring’s End is closed on Sundays.
How will I know when my in-store pickup is ready?
When an In-Store Pickup order has been filled, you will receive an email notifying you that it is ready to pick up.
What do I need to bring to pick up an In-Store order?
You will receive an email notifying you when your In-Store Pickup order is ready. The person specified as the "pickup person" on your order will need a copy of the order receipt (either printed or displayed on a cell phone), and in some cases, the credit card used for the purchase or a Photo ID. Your Order will be located at a designated Online Pickup area at each location.
Where should I go to pick up my order once I arrive at the store?
Once you arrive at Ring’s End, you can pick up your order at the Main store sales counter. Look for "online Order Pickup" signs or ask a friendly Ring’s End associate for help. Large item(s) may be staged outside or in the lumberyard. A Ring’s End employee can guide you to your order.
Once my order is ready, how long will it be available for pickup?
We will hold your order for up to one week (7 days). At that time, you will be contacted by Ring’s End reminding you of the order. If you order something online, but do not need it immediately, please notify us of these special instructions via the comment box in the checkout process. Why do I need to provide my phone number when placing an online order?
If there is an issue with your order, a Ring’s End associate may contact you directly to request additional information.
What if I can’t pick up my order at the store and need to send someone else to pick up my order?
During online checkout, simply select "designate a Pick Up Person" and provide their name and phone number. Upon arrival we will ask to see a valid ID to confirm the order.
What if I need to cancel my order?

What if I need to return an item(s) that I ordered online?
Simply bring your receipt in with you to the Ring’s End location where you originally picked up your order. You will also need to bring the original form of payment. Please refer to the Ring’s End return policy to find out if your item is returnable.
