In these winter months it is a great time to REfresh your home. One of the easiest ways to transform your home is with a fresh new coat of paint. When looking for what paint to purchase, look no further than Benjamin Moore and Ring’s End!

Benjamin Moore’s premium paint will deliver superior performance and incomparable durability. Paired with our selection of authentic colors, our products help you achieve beautiful, lasting results every time you paint.

As the weather gets colder that doesn’t mean the tones of your house have to as well. Our designers have shared some insight on some of the newest trends in the industry. Whitney Jennison, one of our designers from our Darien location added, “I would say warmer tones are on the rise! We aren’t going to see many cooler tones, but rather warmer undertones.”

Elizabeth Reda of our Stamford-High Ridge location also weighed in on this shift in color. She said, “Warmer tones and tone on tones are becoming very popular, colors such as HC-109 Sussex Green, 1477 Deep Creek and 2107-40 Driftwood are warmer tones that have become popular recently.” Elizabeth and Whitney have both agreed that warmer tones are becoming more and more of an option for homeowners.

When painting your trim and ceiling, white and off-white colors have been popular. Elizabeth and Whitney have both suggested that might not be the way to go in all cases. They both advocate taking the wall color at 25% or 50% of the formula and using that to contrast your walls on the ceiling and/or trim.

When it comes to painting your home, dare to be different! REfreshing your home should be fun and at Ring’s End were here to help make that happen. Our designers are experienced and knowledgeable with Benjamin Moore and their full array of colors.
